This privacy policy explains how Leonhard Frankeser trading as CineFlow (ABN 51 560 056 874) ("CineFlow", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use cineflow.cloud and the CineFlow application. By using CineFlow you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Account information you give us, such as your name, email address, username, and profile photo. Content you create in CineFlow, such as documents, projects, and uploads. Usage information collected automatically, such as device, browser, pages viewed, and actions taken, used to run and improve the product. Cookies and similar technologies used for sign-in, preferences, and analytics.
Cookies on this website
On cineflow.cloud nothing optional loads until you have chosen, and until you choose, nothing at all is stored in your browser. Once you have chosen, this site stores one cookie, cineflow_consent_v1, which records that choice for six months and holds no identifier. The one optional category is analytics, provided by PostHog on its EU cloud, which is off unless you turn it on and which you can withdraw at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. The cookie policy lists every provider, purpose, cookie and storage key, and lifetime in full.
How we use your information
To provide and maintain the service, to authenticate you and keep your account secure, to enable collaboration between you and people you invite, to improve and develop features, to communicate with you about the product, and to meet legal obligations.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then for as long as required to meet legal obligations.
Children
CineFlow is not directed at children under the age required by law in your region, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
International users
We are based in Australia. If you use CineFlow from elsewhere, your information may be processed in Australia and other countries where our providers operate.
